1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7–10 days of delivery provided that the product meets the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All original tags and packaging materials must be intact.

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product.

• You will receive an email notification within 48 hours confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds generally take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift vouchers or gift cards
• Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the product received is damaged or defective, VIYA will bear the return shipping charges.
