All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the shipment and tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, courier operations, and external circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99 for orders below ₹1,999.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes across India.

An additional charge of ₹49 may apply to COD orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the customer is unavailable during both attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

7. Delays in Delivery

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier delays
High order volumes during sales or festive seasons

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you suspect the shipment has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.
